- The contractor will be on site Saturday, July 22nd
Construction Updates:
Site Work
- Courtyard waterproofing and landscaping is ongoing
- Sidewalks on site are being installed
- Planting and irrigation install continues
Building A
- Punchlist is nearing completion
- Equipment startup and testing is ongoing
Building B
- Interior painting is ongoing
- Cabinetry and finish work is ongoing
- Countertops are underway
- Appliance install continues through the lower portion of the building
Building C
- Window installation is ongoing
- Masonry and metal panel is ongoing
- Interior rough is now underway
Building D
- Internal fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are ongoing
- Drywall installation is ongoing
- Bathroom and kitchen cabinet installation is ongoing
- Interior doors and frame installation is ongoing
- Countertops are ongoing
Admin Building
- Punchlist is underway
- Furniture and art installation is now underway
