- Lobby finishes are nearing completion

- Interior painting is ongoing
- Cabinetry and finish work is ongoing
- Countertops are underway
Building C
- Air vapor barrier installation is nearing completion
- Roofing is ongoing
- Window installation is ongoing
- Masonry is ongoing
Building D
- Internal fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are ongoing
- Drywall installation is ongoing
- Gypcrete flooring is ongoing
- Bathroom and kitchen cabinet installation is ongoing
- Interior doors and frame installation is ongoing
- Exterior facade masonry is ongoing
- Countertops are ongoing
