- Site Work
- 6-foot perimeter site fencing, vehicle guard rails, and landscaping is now underway
- Sidewalks on site are being installed
- Building A
- Interior painting is ongoing
- Bathroom and kitchen cabinet installation is ongoing
- Bathroom tile installation is ongoing
- Interior doors and frame installation is ongoing
- Appliance installation is underway
- Elevator installation is underway
- Building B
- Internal plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical and insulation are complete
- Exterior facade masonry is nearing completion
- Drywall installation is ongoing
- Interior painting is ongoing
- Gypcrete flooring has begun
- Cabinetry and finish work is ongoing
- Building C
- Wood framing is ongoing
- Building D
- Internal fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are ongoing
- Drywall installation is ongoing
- Admin Building
- Fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and electrical are ongoing
- Drywall installation is nearing completion
- Elevator installation is underway
- Site improvements around the building are underway
