Dear Neighbors,
A brief project update for the week of July 12th:
- The final phase of demolition will continue through the end of the month
- Construction of new underground utilities continues along Whitwell St. between Farrell St. and Cranch St.
- Once work on Whitwell St. is complete, construction of new underground utilities will begin off of Euclid — we currently anticipate this to happen toward the end of the week or beginning of the following
- “No parking” signs will be posted between the hours of 7am and 5pm daily — we ask that residents do not park vehicles within the work zone during construction hours
- Police details will be on site working with our crews

ASHLAR PARK | TIMELINE:
NOW: Demolition currently underway
Mid-2021: Start of foundation
Late 2022/Early 2023: We currently anticipate that the first apartment building of approximately 150 units will begin leasing
Early 2023: The first building will open, including the renovated Administration Building, which will include the Leasing Center and a significant portion of the project’s amenities
Early 2024: We anticipate the final phase of construction will be completed
